Opportunities and Challenges

This position requires a seasoned leader who prioritizes fiscal stewardship, fosters a culture of transparency and collaboration, and guides the institution through technological and demographic changes while maintaining academic excellence. The successful candidate will collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrator colleagues to address these key challenges and opportunities over the next three to five years.

  • Implement transparent and strategic financial planning to ensure long-term stability.
  • Maximize revenue available through the Student Centered Funding Formula.
  • Compete effectively with online and alternative education providers.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain students.
  • Rebuild trust and collaboration across all levels of the institution by creating a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment.
