With the passage of AB 2364 and the College of the Canyons board policy on high school concurrent nonresidents, you may qualify to have your nonresident tuition waived if you are attending as a concurrently enrolled high school student. Individuals with a nonimmigrant status, such as those present in the United States on a B Visitor Visa, do not qualify for this exemption.
