Application Selection

• Please refer to the Nursing Program Application Checklist-SUMMER or Nursing Program Application Checklist-WINTER or LVN-RN Program Application Checklist-WINTER to make sure you have completed the application process thoroughly and accurately. Applicants who submit incomplete applications or who are missing any required documents will automatically be ineligible.

• Please do not use Google Chrome as some of the functions on the form will not work.
  We advise that you use Internet Explorer or Firefox.

• You must choose one - students are not eligible to apply to both programs during the application cycle.
• Please select the program for which you are applying -
  LVN to RN Applications will open 10/1/25-10/31/25 for the Spring/Summer 2026 LVN_RN Selection.
  RN Applications will be open 2/1/26-2/28/26 for the Fall 2026 RN Selection.
  RN Applications will be open 8/1/25-8/31/25 for the SPRING 2026 RN Selection
