Zoom Call Queues
You must log in/off to the zoom app or web page. Not on the phone.
Webpage
Open a web browser to zoom.us
Select, Sign In.

Select, SSO.

Fill in, "canyonsonline"
-All one word.
Select, Continue

Fill in YOUR username and password.
Select, Continue.

On the left hand side of the web page
Under Personal.
Select, Phone.
Select, Settings.

Scroll down the settings page until Membership.
Under Call Queues>Receive Queue Calls.
The switch should be blue. If not, select the switch to turn blue.
Select, View or Edit.

Sample for switch not activated:

*Only the Call Queues (CQ) you are assigned will show
Activate the switch next to your CQ.
Press ,Save.
You are now logged into your CQ.

Zoom Desktop Application
Open the Zoom desktop application

Select, SSO.


Fill in, "canyonsonline"
-All one word.
Select, Continue

On the top right of the application, click the button next to the minimize button.
Select, Receive shared calls.
If not activated, activate the Call Queue Switch.
*Only the Call Queue (CQ) you support will show.*
Activate the switch to YOUR CQ.

You are now active the CQ.
Zoom Physical Phone Login
Requirements:
- Zoom account required
- Zoom Pin and phone number required
- Must be logged into call queue via the Web portal or the Desktop application
- Phone configured as a CAP (Common Area Phone)
Locate the user pin
Personal>Phone>Settings>Desk Phone
Next to Pin Code. Select, View or Edit.

***If the phone is not a Common Access Phone (CAP)is not set to hot desk) Let us know so we can enable it. This will cause a reboot to the phone***
Press the sign in On the CAP Phone

"To log into this phone. Please enter your extension number, followed by #."
Enter your extension, followed by the #.
"Please enter your pin number, followed by the # sign."
Enter your pin number, followed by the # sign.
"Thank you, please wait a minute while we personalize your phone. The phone will restart."
***The phone will now be configured the way you have it on the zoom.us website application.***
Zoom Physical Phone Logoff
On the physical phone press, More.

Press Sign out

"Thank you. Please wait a moment while we personalize your phone. the phone will restart."
