Applied Technologies

On behalf of the faculty and staff, I welcome you to the School of Applied Technologies (SAT). This School features 11 programs: Architecture, Automotive Technologies, Computer Networking, Construction Management, Construction Technology, Electronic Systems Technologies, Interior Design, Manufacturing Technology, Land Surveying, Water Systems Technology, and Welding Technology.

The faculty who teach within this School are dedicated educators, designers, architects, engineers and technologists. They serve as club advisors, academic coaches, mentors and advisors to transfer and major students. Each individual is active in personal and professional development, and community service. Our faculty serve on the boards of nonprofits and as officers in discipline-specific societies. More biographical information can be found on their department Web pages.

In addition to pursuing their studies within the classroom, students also have the opportunity to participate in a variety of co-curricular activities and clubs, including various clubs and many discipline-specific honors societies. 

College of the Canyons is a wonderful place to begin, continue, or enhance your academic journey. Your studies will be guided by enthusiastic, experienced educators who are passionate about their subjects and care about the academic success of their students.
